Activity 1 – Project Management

Strategic coordination, quality assurance and sustainability

The first core activity of the Mind-UP project is dedicated to project management, a transversal component that ensures the smooth implementation of all actions, the alignment of partners, and the overall achievement of project objectives.

This activity focuses on:

• 🔹 Strategic coordination between the project partners from Romania and Italy;
• 🔹 Continuous quality assurance for all deliverables and milestones;
• 🔹 Monitoring the implementation process, identifying risks and proactively addressing challenges;
• 🔹 Financial and administrative management, ensuring transparency and compliance with Erasmus+ regulations;
• 🔹 Internal communication among partners and the facilitation of collaboration across all levels of implementation.

Project management is supported by a structured calendar of:

• Regular transnational coordination meetings (online and in person);
• Progress and monitoring reports for each phase;
• Dedicated tools for internal evaluation and partner feedback.

All management activities are aligned with the principles of inclusivity, responsiveness, and shared responsibility, in order to ensure not only project success but also its replicability and sustainability at national and European level.
