✨ Overview
In March 2025, the Italian partner Agropoli Onlus Soc. Coop. Soc. hosted a hybrid multiplier event dedicated to the dissemination of the Erasmus+ project “Mind-UP – Level-up skills for mental health professionals – an inclusive approach for working with people with mental illness”.
The event was structured to allow for both in-person participation in Agropoli and remote access for national and international stakeholders, ensuring broad visibility and engagement across sectors. Mental health professionals, educators, public service representatives, and NGOs joined to exchange expertise and reflect on inclusive care models promoted through the project.

To promote inclusive, community-based approaches to mental health support, especially for institutionalized individuals;
To encourage dialogue on barriers to social reintegration and propose effective solutions based on project outcomes;
To highlight the role of training and capacity-building in transforming mental health services into more empathetic and human-centered systems.
🛠️ Workshop Highlights
Presentation of the methodological training framework, tailored for occupational therapists and frontline professionals;
Case studies showcasing successful inclusive practices implemented in Italy and Romania;
Interactive sessions on adapting interventions to individual needs and fostering autonomy;
Discussions on how the Mind-UP educational tools can be integrated into professional development programs across institutions and regions.
📌 Impact and Relevance
The multiplier event hosted by Agropoli Onlus was an essential step in bringing the Mind-UP methodology to local and regional communities in Italy. By engaging professionals from health, education, and social sectors, the event fostered a multidisciplinary dialogue and strengthened the European perspective of the project.
Participants appreciated the hybrid format, which enabled wider participation and offered a flexible learning environment for those unable to attend in person. The feedback collected during the event will inform future stages of the project and support the adaptation and scalability of its results.
